Yamaha NS-IC800 Passive Speakers are sold as a White pair for flush installation in ceilings or walls. They can serve stereo, home theatre or background music systems.

The Two-way system combines a 20 cm moisture-resistant polypropylene mica cone woofer with a 2.5 cm soft-dome tweeter. The swivel tweeter sits at the centre of the woofer and can be aimed towards the listening position.

A grain-finished acoustic baffle with a spiral pattern supports natural sound dispersion. The slim profile fits nearly flush with the surface, and a protective rear cover helps shield the speaker from dust and moisture. The speakers are intended for indoor installation.

The paintable grille attaches magnetically and can be removed without unscrewing it. Remove the backing scrim before painting and keep the perforations unblocked to preserve sound transmission.

• Allow a 245 mm cutout diameter and 109 mm mounting depth behind the surface. Check the installation space before cutting.
• Large mounting clamps with non-slip contact surfaces grip a 5–30 mm thick board. The supplied cutout template helps mark the opening.
• Push terminals connect each 8 Ω speaker to a separate external amplifier channel.
• The fluid-cooled tweeter handles high-frequency output, while its adjustable direction helps position the sound for the installation.
