1.1. This Privacy Policy explains how UAB "Ogmios Pulsas Pro" (hereinafter: the Seller) collects, uses, and stores personal data when the Buyer uses the website stageiq.lt.
1.2. The Seller processes personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania, and other applicable legislation.
1.3. By using stageiq.lt, the Buyer confirms that they have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

2. Personal Data Collected

2.1. The Seller may collect and process the following Buyer data:

• first and last name;
• email address;
• phone number;
• delivery address;
• payment information (bank account number, payment date, amount);
• order history and returns;
• IP address, browser type, device data (for statistical purposes).

2.2. Buyer payments are processed through secure third-party systems (e.g., MakeCommerce, PayPal, Shopify Payments), so the Seller does not see or store card or login credentials.
2.3. Buyer data is used solely for service provision: order processing, fulfilment, delivery, warranty handling, and customer support.

3. Purposes of Data Processing

3.1. The Seller processes personal data for the following purposes:

• to conclude and fulfil purchase agreements;
• to issue invoices;
• to arrange delivery via DPD;
• to provide warranty and post-warranty service;
• to handle customer support and communications;
• to fulfil legal obligations (accounting, taxes, disputes).

3.2. If the Buyer gives explicit consent, their email address may be used to send newsletters or special offers.
3.3. The Buyer may withdraw consent at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in an email or by writing to info@stageiq.lt.

4. Data Retention Periods

4.1. Personal data is retained for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected:

• order and warranty data: 5 years from the date of purchase;
• invoice data: 10 years in accordance with accounting legislation;
• email marketing data: until consent is withdrawn;
• technical website data (IP, cookies): up to 2 years.

4.2. Upon expiry of the retention period, data is destroyed or anonymised.

5. Sharing Data with Third Parties

5.1. Buyer data may be shared only to the extent necessary:

• with delivery partners (DPD): delivery details only;
• with payment processors (MakeCommerce, PayPal, Shopify Payments);
• with accounting and legal service providers;
• with public authorities when required by law.

5.2. All data recipients are obligated to maintain confidentiality and use data only for the stated purposes.

7.2. Data is transmitted between the Buyer's device and stageiq.lt servers via a secure SSL connection.
7.3. Only authorised personnel may access personal data, and only to the extent necessary for their job functions.

8. Buyer Rights

Under the GDPR, the Buyer has the right to:

• obtain information about the data being processed;
• request correction of inaccurate data;
• request deletion of data ("right to be forgotten");
• restrict data processing;
• transfer their data to another service provider;
• lodge a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate.

9. Data Protection Officer and Contact

9.1. UAB "Ogmios Pulsas Pro" does not currently have a designated Data Protection Officer, however all data protection enquiries may be sent to info@stageiq.lt.
9.2. Complaints regarding improper data processing may be submitted to the State Data Protection Inspectorate (www.vdai.lrv.lt).

10. Changes to the Privacy Policy

10.1. The Seller reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time by publishing the updated version on stageiq.lt.
10.2. Changes take effect from the date of publication.
