Folded stands and metal hardware can be compact but heavy together. Check the longest component, the amount of equipment and the permitted load. This collection includes Hardcase cases for drum stands and hardware and a separate case for sheet music stands.

Drum stands and hardware

The Hardcase HN28W, HN36W, HN40W, HN48W, HN52W and HN58W differ in length, width, height and load capacity. The model designation helps identify the format; usable internal dimensions determine the fit. Fold your stands as you would for travel and allow for protruding adjustment knobs and fittings.

Transporting multiple sheet music stands

The Hardcase HCTRP22MS is designed for up to 36 folded sheet music stands. Internal compartments separate the stands, making it relevant to orchestras, music schools and venues. The stated stand count does not replace a fit check: your stands still need to suit the available space.

Wheels and lifting the packed case

The models in this collection have wheels, with different wheel counts and handle layouts. Wheels help on level ground. Stairs and vehicle loading still require you to account for the total packed weight. Follow the load capacity specified for the individual model rather than judging it by case size.

Packing hardware

Keep heavy metal components away from more delicate accessories. Leave enough room to close the lid without pressure on the contents. If you also carry pedals or small fittings, check how they can be stored and separated in the chosen model.
