Refund policy
1. General Provisions
1.1. These Return and Refund Rules (hereinafter: the Rules) establish the procedure and conditions for returning goods purchased online at stageiq.lt.
1.2. The Rules are based on the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EC and other applicable legislation.
1.3. The return procedure applies only to purchases made through the stageiq.lt online store.
2. Returns of Non-Defective Goods
2.1. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.
2.2. To initiate a return, the Buyer must notify the Seller in writing by email at info@stageiq.lt, providing the order number, full name, and contact details.
2.3. After notification, the Buyer must return the goods to the Seller within 14 days at:

2.4. Return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer, unless the return is due to an error by the Seller or a defective product.
2.5. The refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method as the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
3. Conditions for Returning Non-Defective Goods
- the goods have not been used or damaged;
- the goods are in their original, undamaged packaging (where packaging is required for product identification);
- labels, seals, and protective film are intact;
- all accessories and documentation are included;
- proof of purchase is provided (invoice or receipt).
4. Non-Returnable Goods
4.1. Pursuant to the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EC, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- goods made to the Buyer's specifications or clearly personalised;
- unsealed audio or video recordings or software;
- goods that have been used, damaged, or have lost their original appearance;
- goods that cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons if the packaging has been opened.
5. Returns of Defective Goods
5.1. If the goods are defective, the Buyer has the right to:
- request free repair of the defect;
- request replacement with goods of proper quality;
- request a price reduction;
- withdraw from the contract and receive a full refund.
5.2. The Buyer must notify the Seller of any defects by email at info@stageiq.lt and deliver the goods to Baltupio g. 71A, Vilnius.
5.3. The Seller will assess the goods and, if the defect is acknowledged as the responsibility of the manufacturer or Seller, will within a reasonable time:
– repair the defect,
– replace the goods, or
– issue a refund.
5.4. The warranty does not apply if the defect was caused by improper use, physical damage, moisture, impact, or electrical surges.
6. Refund Process
6.1. Refunds are issued using the same payment method as the original purchase, unless the Buyer explicitly agrees otherwise.
6.2. The Seller may withhold the refund until the returned goods have been received or until the Buyer provides proof of dispatch.
6.3. The refunded amount includes all payments made by the Buyer, excluding any additional delivery costs if the Buyer selected a non-standard or premium shipping option.
7. Warranty Service
7.1. Consumers are entitled to a statutory 24-month warranty; for legal entities, the warranty period is 12 months unless otherwise agreed.
7.2. Warranty service is provided at Baltupio g. 71A, Vilnius.
7.3. The warranty does not apply if the goods were damaged due to improper use, physical damage, moisture, dust, electrical surges, or other external factors.
8. Dispute Resolution
8.1. In the event of a dispute, the Buyer should first contact the Seller by email at info@stageiq.lt or by phone at +370 636 55536.
8.2. If the dispute cannot be resolved, the Buyer may contact the relevant national consumer protection authority or use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at https://ec.europa.eu/odr.
9. Final Provisions
9.1. These Rules are governed by applicable EU consumer protection legislation.
9.2. The Seller reserves the right to amend these Rules at any time by publishing the updated version on stageiq.lt.
9.3. The Rules apply to all orders placed after their publication.
