Terms of service

1. General Provisions

1.1. These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: the Terms) govern the purchase of goods at the stageiq.lt online store and constitute a legally binding document for both the Buyer and the Seller.
1.2. The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect from the date of publication on stageiq.lt and do not affect orders already placed.
1.3. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms.

2. Formation of the Purchase Agreement

2.1. The purchase agreement is considered concluded when the Buyer submits an order through the online store and receives an order confirmation by email.
2.2. The agreement remains in force until all obligations of both parties have been fully fulfilled.

3. Rights and Obligations of the Seller

3.1. The Seller reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend the operation of the online store without prior notice if circumstances beyond their control prevent normal operation.
3.2. The Seller may restrict or suspend the Buyer's access to the website if the Buyer attempts to compromise its stability or security, or violates these Terms.
3.3. The Seller undertakes to deliver ordered goods using the delivery method chosen by the Buyer, in accordance with these Terms.
3.4. If the ordered item is unavailable, the Seller may offer an equivalent alternative. If the Buyer declines, the Seller will issue a full refund within 5 business days.
3.5. The Seller may withhold a refund until the goods have been returned or until the Buyer provides proof of dispatch.

4. Rights and Obligations of the Buyer

4.1. The Buyer has the right to purchase goods from the online store in accordance with these Terms.
4.2. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason, by notifying the Seller at info@stageiq.lt.
4.3. This right may only be exercised if the goods have not been damaged, used, or have lost their original appearance.
4.4. The Buyer is obliged to pay for goods and accept delivery in accordance with these Terms.
4.5. If the Buyer refuses to accept delivered goods without valid reason, the Buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

5. Prices and Payment

5.1. All prices in the online store are shown in euros, inclusive of VAT.
5.2. Available payment methods:
– online banking;
– Visa / Mastercard payment cards;
– PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay.
5.3. Payments are processed through secure payment platforms (MakeCommerce, PayPal, Shopify).
5.4. Upon order confirmation, a delivery fee will be added to the order total where applicable.

6. Delivery

6.1. Orders are delivered by DPD courier services. Goods may also be collected in person at the STAGE IQ store at Baltupio g. 71A, Vilnius.
6.2. The Buyer must provide an accurate delivery address and ensure that the shipment can be received.
6.3. If the Buyer cannot receive the shipment in person but it has been delivered to the specified address, the goods are considered properly delivered.
6.4. Free shipping is available on qualifying orders — the applicable threshold and conditions are displayed in the shopping cart at checkout.
6.5. If the item is in stock and the order is paid by 13:00, it will be dispatched on the same or next business day.

7. Returns and Exchanges

7.1. Non-defective goods may be returned within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EC.
7.2. To return a product, the Buyer must:
– ship it to the Seller at the Buyer's expense;
– return it in its original packaging, undamaged, unused, and in its original condition;
– provide proof of purchase.
7.3. The right of withdrawal does not apply to: unsealed audio or video recordings or software, or goods made to order or personalised.
7.4. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of the Seller receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method as the original purchase.
7.5. If a discount or promotion was applied to the order, the discount may be recalculated if only part of the order is returned.

8. Warranty Service

8.1. Consumers are entitled to a statutory 24-month warranty in accordance with EU consumer protection legislation. For legal entities, the warranty period is 12 months unless otherwise agreed.
8.2. The warranty does not apply if the defect was caused by improper use, physical damage, liquid exposure, or failure to follow the manufacturer's instructions.
8.3. To request warranty service, the goods must be delivered to Baltupio g. 71A, Vilnius, or shipped by courier at the Buyer's expense.
8.4. The Seller undertakes to repair or replace the goods within a reasonable timeframe.
8.5. The warranty period is extended by the duration of any period during which the Buyer was unable to use the goods due to repair.

9. Data Security and Privacy

9.1. The data controller is UAB "Ogmios Pulsas Pro", Baltupio g. 71A, Vilnius, company code 300153807, email info@stageiq.lt.
9.2. Personal data is processed in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
9.3. Buyer data is used solely for order fulfilment and service provision. The full Privacy Policy is available at stageiq.lt.
9.4. Data is transmitted via a secure SSL connection. Payments are processed in a secure banking environment and payment credentials are not accessible to the Seller.
9.5. The Buyer has the right to access, correct, delete, transfer, or restrict processing of their personal data by contacting info@stageiq.lt.

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1. All disputes shall be resolved through negotiation, by first contacting the Seller at info@stageiq.lt or by phone at +370 636 55536.
10.2. If a resolution cannot be reached, the Buyer may contact the relevant national consumer protection authority or use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at https://ec.europa.eu/odr.

11. Final Provisions

11.1. These Terms are governed by applicable EU legislation.
11.2. The relations between the Buyer and the Seller are governed by EU law.
11.3. Neither party shall be held liable for failure to fulfil obligations due to force majeure circumstances beyond their reasonable control.
11.4. These Terms take effect from the date of publication on stageiq.lt and remain in force until amended or withdrawn.
