Shipping policy
1. Delivery Methods
Orders are delivered throughout Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, and the European Union in cooperation with DPD courier services.
We also offer free pickup at our physical store in Vilnius:

2. Delivery Times
2.1. If the item is in stock and the order is paid by 13:00, the shipment is handed to the courier on the same or next business day.
2.2. For orders placed after 13:00, items are dispatched within 1–2 business days.
2.3. If an item is out of stock, the estimated delivery time is indicated in the product description or the customer is notified by email.
2.4. Delivery times from the moment of dispatch:
Lithuania: 1 business day
Latvia, Estonia: 1–2 business days
Poland: 2–3 business days
Germany, Austria, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Czechia, Slovakia: 3–4 business days
France, Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Ireland, Hungary, Slovenia: 4–5 business days
Spain, Italy, Portugal: 5–6 business days

The exact shipping cost is calculated automatically in the shopping cart before order confirmation. Delivery times are calculated from the moment of dispatch and do not include order processing or supplier lead times, which are indicated on each product page.
4. Delivery Area
We deliver throughout Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, and the European Union.
Shipping to islands and remote areas (Canary Islands, Azores, Corsica, Sardinia, Sicily, Balearic Islands, etc.) may incur additional costs. We will contact you if this applies to your order.
For heavy or oversized items, shipping costs may differ. We will contact you before processing your order if this is the case.
5. Shipping Process
5.1. The buyer must provide a correct delivery address, phone number, and email.
5.2. On the day of delivery, the courier notifies the buyer by SMS or email.
5.3. The buyer is expected to receive the shipment in person. If another person accepts the delivery, the goods are considered properly delivered.
5.4. Upon receipt, we recommend inspecting the package condition together with the courier. If damage is visible, this must be noted in the courier's documents or the shipment refused.
6. Uncollected Shipments
6.1. If the buyer does not collect the shipment from a parcel locker within the designated time, it will be returned to the sender.
6.2. In this case, the order may be cancelled and the amount paid refunded, minus the actual shipping and return costs.
7. Delivery Issues
7.1. If you have not received your shipment within the expected delivery time, please contact us at info@stageiq.lt or call +370 636 55536.
7.2. We will contact the courier service and help resolve the situation.
8. Delivery Restrictions
8.1. Deliveries are made on business days only (Monday to Friday).
8.2. During public holidays, delivery times may be extended.
8.3. Packages weighing between 20–31.5 kg may incur an additional handling fee.
8.4. Oversized or non-standard items (large speakers, amplifiers, stage equipment, etc.) may be shipped on a pallet. Pallet shipments are priced individually based on weight and volume. We will contact you with a shipping quote before processing your order.
8.5. For items requiring special handling or loading assistance, an additional fee may apply. We will inform you in advance.
8.6. If you are ordering multiple large items, we may consolidate them into a single pallet shipment to reduce costs.
