Yamaha NS-AW294 Outdoor Speakers (Pair)
Yamaha NS-AW294 Passive Speakers are designed for music playback indoors and outdoors. Sold as a pair, each speaker connects to an external amplifier. Available finishes are Black and White.
Each speaker combines one 16 cm woofer with one 2.5 cm tweeter in a Two-way system.
The cabinet and drivers are designed for outdoor use with water and UV resistance. Yamaha recommends mounting under eaves or in another sheltered position to minimise exposure to rain and snow.
The supplied brackets (2 pcs) and retaining knobs (4 pcs) support wall or ceiling installation, horizontally or vertically. The Yamaha emblem can be rotated to match the chosen orientation.
The bass-reflex enclosure uses a cabinet port to support low-frequency output. The woofer covers the mid and low ranges, while the fluid-cooled tweeter reproduces high frequencies.
Main Features
- The grilles have a powder-coated finish. The iron grilles and HIPS cabinet are designed for outdoor use.
- Speaker cables connect to push terminals.
- The U-bracket adjusts through 81° in 13.5° steps. The IPX3 rating provides protection against spraying water; choose the mounting position according to Yamaha’s installation guidance.
