Description
Yamaha NS-AW194 Outdoor Speakers (Pair)
Yamaha NS-AW194 Passive Speakers are sold as a pair for indoor or sheltered outdoor use. Black and White finishes are available.
Each speaker combines a 10 cm waterproof cone woofer with a 2.5 cm coated balanced-dome tweeter. The fluid-cooled tweeter and Two-way bass-reflex design cover music playback across the frequency range.
The water- and UV-resistant cabinet has an IPX3 rating. Yamaha recommends mounting under eaves or in another sheltered position to minimise exposure to rain and snow.
The brackets allow wall or ceiling installation, horizontally or vertically. Direction is adjustable through an 81° range in 13.5° steps, and the Yamaha emblem can be rotated to suit the orientation.
Main Features
- A HIPS cabinet and powder-coated iron grille are designed for outdoor use.
- Push terminals accept bare speaker wire without a dedicated plug. The maximum specified stranded-wire size is 8 mm² (AWG 8).
- Each 8 Ω speaker connects to a separate external amplifier channel. Match the amplifier to the speaker impedance and input power handling.
