The Technics EAH-DJ1200EK is a new reincarnation of a legend. These headphones are designed to replace the iconic "RP-DJ1200" model, which has been the standard in the professional DJ world for over 20 years. The new model retains the recognizable design and incredible durability but offers modern improvements essential for today's performers.

The most important engineering update is the newly developed 40mm drivers. They feature incredibly detailed sound and the ability to withstand very high input power (up to 2500 mW) without any distortion, which is critically important when playing in noisy clubs. The headphones have an improved 270° swivel mechanism (Swing Arm), ideal for single-ear monitoring, and, unlike their predecessor, finally feature a detachable cable with a special locking mechanism to prevent accidental disconnection during a performance.
