Description
TAKAMINE GN20CE-NS NEX Electro-Acoustic Guitar
Takamine GN20CE-NS is an electro-acoustic guitar designed for musicians seeking exceptional tone and comfort. This model features Takamine's proprietary NEX body shape – a scaled-down "Jumbo" version that offers the comfort of an OM/Auditorium size guitar while maintaining powerful and balanced bass. The main advantage of this instrument is its solid cedar top. Unlike spruce, cedar provides a warmer, "darker," and more responsive tone, which is perfectly suited for delicate playing.
The guitar's back and sides are made from Okoume, which complements the warmth of the cedar. The matte "Natural Satin" finish not only gives the instrument a solid, organic look but also allows the wood to resonate better by not dampening vibrations with a thick layer of lacquer. For stage performance, the guitar is equipped with reliable Takamine TP-4TD electronics, featuring an integrated tuner and a 3-band equalizer, allowing for precise sound shaping in any environment.
