The Shure GLXD24E/SM86-Z2 is a digital 2.4 GHz wireless vocal system combining a GLXD4 table-top receiver and a GLXD2 handheld transmitter with an integrated SM86 extended high-frequency cardioid condenser capsule. Shure's LINKFREQ automatic frequency management continuously monitors the RF environment and automatically links the transmitter and receiver to the clearest available frequency, with no manual setup required. The system operates on a rechargeable SB902 lithium-ion battery providing up to 16 hours of continuous use, and up to 4 systems can be used simultaneously in typical conditions.
