The Showtec Cameleon Bar 16 provides coloured stage and decorative lighting indoors and outdoors. Its sixteen 5 W RGBW LEDs combine red, green, blue and a dedicated white component through a fixed 39° beam.

All LEDs operate together. DMX personalities range from direct colour control to operation with master dimming, strobe and built-in programs; individual LED control is not available on this model.

For operation without a console, select a static colour or a built-in program, or synchronise several fixtures in master/slave mode. Settings are accessed on the OLED display, with an optional infrared remote available separately.

The aluminium housing uses fanless convection cooling. IP65 protection and dedicated sealed connectors support outdoor use when installed according to the manual and with unused connectors properly capped.

DMX connection requires the separately sold 42708 adapter cable from 3-pin XLR to the dedicated IP65 connector. The IR remote, suspension clamps and safety cable are not included. The fixture is not designed for permanent operation.

Who Is It For

Suitable for stage backdrops, scenery and event spaces where whole-bar colour control is sufficient. Outdoor connections must maintain IP65 protection.
