The sE Electronics RF Pro is a stand-mounted multilayer acoustic filter designed to reduce room reflections returning to a microphone. It can be used when recording vocals, acoustic guitar, electric- and bass-guitar cabinets, piano, strings, woodwinds, brass, drums and room sound.

Its curved construction combines perforated metal surfaces, absorptive wool layers, air gaps and an inner acoustic layer. The patented multilayer system is designed to absorb and diffuse reflections across a broad frequency range. The RF Pro is not a sound-isolation booth and does not eliminate external noise; it treats the immediate acoustic environment around the microphone.

The revised mounting system provides pan and tilt adjustment, microphone-position control and secure angle locking. The filter requires a stable microphone stand, and the complete assembly must be balanced safely. The microphone, shockmount, stand and cables are not included.

Who Is It For
