Samson SP50P is a pair of telescoping tripod stands for powered or passive PA speakers. The lightweight aluminium construction is intended for mobile sound systems, rehearsal rooms, and events where loudspeakers need to be raised above the audience and packed together after use.

Each stand has a standard 1 3/8-inch top tube and supports up to 50 kg. Samson specifies a maximum height of 6 feet / 1.83 m. The height mechanism includes a locking latch, but the tripod legs must still be fully opened and positioned on a level, stable surface before a loudspeaker is raised.

The stands fit loudspeakers with a 35 mm pole socket. Their load rating does not compensate for an uneven centre of gravity, unstable ground, wind, or people moving close to the stand. Outdoor setups require additional measures to prevent tipping.

Who Is It For
