The Samson Q2U is a high-quality dynamic microphone that connects the worlds of digital and analog audio. Thanks to its integrated USB and XLR outputs, this microphone grows with you: initially, you can use it by simply connecting it to your computer via USB, and later, as you improve your studio, connect it to professional mixers or audio interfaces via the XLR connection. Uniquely, both outputs can be used simultaneously (e.g., recording to a computer and sending audio to venue speakers).

Since it is a dynamic microphone with a cardioid polar pattern, it is less sensitive to ambient noise and reverberation than condenser microphones. This makes it an ideal choice for home recordings, untreated rooms, or noisy environments. The microphone has an integrated 3.5mm headphone jack for zero-latency monitoring and a physical on/off switch.
