The Samson Go Mic is a pocket-sized audio recording solution that fits in the palm of your hand, yet offers significantly higher quality than integrated computer microphones. This model features a unique folding design with an integrated clip, allowing the microphone to be securely attached to the top of a laptop or placed on a flat surface.

One of the biggest advantages of this small device is its switchable polar pattern. Users can choose between cardioid mode (records sound from the front, suppresses noise from the sides) for individual podcasts or vocals, or omnidirectional (Omni) mode, which captures sound at a 360-degree angle and is perfect for recording meetings or interviews. The microphone also has a -10 dB pad function for very loud sound sources.

The microphone operates on a plug-and-play principle (no drivers needed) with Mac and PC computers, and its integrated headphone output allows for monitoring recorded audio without any latency.
