Polk Audio Monitor XT12 Powered Subwoofer
Polk Audio Monitor XT12 is a powered subwoofer with a 12-inch driver. It extends the low end of music, movie and gaming systems.
A Dynamic Balance paper driver with foam surround and a Class AB amplifier reproduce bass down to 24 Hz. A braced MDF cabinet and removable grille reduce unwanted resonance and acoustic interference.
Volume, variable low-pass cutoff and phase adjustment help match the room and main speakers. Automatic on/off operation simplifies everyday use.
The XT12 includes line-level RCA, LFE and speaker-level binding-post inputs. It can therefore work with modern AV amplifiers and older stereo systems that provide a suitable signal.
