Polk Audio MagniFi Max AX SR is a 7.1.2-channel soundbar system.

An 11-driver soundbar array includes two upward-firing height drivers. Dolby Atmos and DTS:X reproduce immersive audio, while Polk SDA processing extends the soundstage beyond the enclosure.

A 10-inch powered, down-firing subwoofer receives audio wirelessly and adds low-frequency impact to films and music. Two included rear speakers provide discrete surround channels behind the listening position.

Connect the TV through HDMI eARC/ARC or the optical input. Three additional HDMI inputs accommodate a games console, Blu-ray player and another video source. An OLED display shows the selected settings.

• Wi-Fi streaming through AirPlay 2, Chromecast and Spotify Connect supports playback from phones, tablets and computers, including compatible multiroom music functions.
• Works with Alexa and Google Assistant music control require a compatible external voice-control device.
• Bluetooth 5.0 provides direct music playback without joining the home Wi-Fi network.
• Roku TV Ready and HDMI CEC simplify operation with a TV remote, depending on the television’s capabilities.
• Audio delay adjustment helps align sound with the picture. Place the soundbar on furniture or mount it on the wall.

Dolby Atmos and DTS:X require a suitable HDMI connection and a source or TV that passes the relevant format. Optical does not carry these immersive formats.
