The Pioneer DM-40D are next-generation active monitor speakers, ideal for music production in the studio, DJ practice, and general listening. This model features an integrated efficient Class D amplifier with 96 kHz DSP, delivering a total power output of 38 watts (19 W per channel) and ensuring clean, clear sound characteristic of higher-end monitors.

Each speaker is two-way: with a 4-inch fiberglass woofer and a 3/4-inch silk dome tweeter. Sound dispersion is optimized through DECO convex diffusers, creating a wide and stable sound field (sweet spot). An important feature is the switch on the rear panel, allowing users to select between DJ / Production modes, adapting the DSP settings for specific purposes. The speakers offer a wide range of inputs, including a digital USB-B connection.
