Peavey MiniMEGA Bass Amplifier

Peavey MiniMEGA Bass Amplifier

Peavey MiniMEGA is a compact bass amplifier head. It delivers 1000 watts RMS into 4 ohms or 700 watts into 8 ohms at no more than 1% THD+N.

A Gain control and Crunch switch set the preamp drive. The built-in optical compressor controls dynamics and can be bypassed when required.

Both midrange bands in the four-band EQ have frequency controls and narrow-Q selection. Punch and Bright change voicing, while Kosmos Psycho and Sub separately control low-frequency processing.

An effects loop, tuner output and DI with Pre/Post selection integrate the head into a stage or recording system. DI includes Ground Lift and a pad; headphone and Aux connections support practice.

Two speaker outputs require a combined load of at least 4 ohms. Master Volume and Mute control the final level; the manufacturer’s 9 lb product weight corresponds to approximately 4.08 kg.
