The instrument's core is a powerful sound generation system with 32 high-resolution oscillators (4 per voice). These manipulate 120 carefully crafted wavetables, which can be modified in real-time using 32 static processors (e.g., de-rez, wave-folder) and 8 oscillator modifiers. Together with a flexible 2-pole morphable filter, a powerful modulation matrix, and an integrated sequencer, the Argon8X is a true sound laboratory in a robust steel chassis.
