DPA MMP-ER Active Microphone Cable

DPA MMP-ER is an active microphone cable with an integrated preamp.

Its preamp section connects to a modular DPA pencil microphone capsule. The arrangement can form a suspended or discreet table microphone.

The cable exits from the rear of the capsule interface. Its 3 m length places the XLR connector away from the capsule; the MMP-ES version has side entry.

A 3-pin XLR connector terminates the cable. The active output drive provides impedance balancing and helps reject radio-frequency interference.
