DPA MMP-A Microphone Preamp

DPA MMP-A is a preamp for a modular pencil microphone.

It accepts any modular capsule in DPA's pencil microphone series. The selected capsule determines the pickup pattern of the assembled microphone.

The preamp has a transformerless circuit. Its active output drive provides impedance balancing through the XLR connection.

A 20 dB attenuation switch sits at the XLR connector. It reduces the microphone signal level when the connected equipment receives a signal that is too strong.
