DPA MMP-A Microphone Preamp

DPA MMP-A is a preamp for a modular pencil microphone.

It accepts any modular capsule in DPA's pencil microphone series. The selected capsule determines the pickup pattern of the assembled microphone.

The preamp has a transformerless circuit. Its active output drive provides impedance balancing through the XLR connection.

A switch at the XLR connector lowers the output level by 20 dB. The preamp requires P48 phantom power; a compatible capsule is selected separately.
