MIDAS DL32 32-Input, 16-Output Digital Stage Box

MIDAS DL32 is a 32-input, 16-output digital stage box designed for live sound, monitoring, multichannel recording and other professional audio systems.

The unit features 32 remotely controllable MIDAS PRO microphone preamplifiers and 16 balanced analogue XLR outputs. Audio signals can be transferred between the stage and a digital mixing console over AES50 using a single shielded CAT5e cable with a maximum length of 100 metres.

Two AES50 SuperMAC ports allow the DL32 to be integrated with MIDAS M32 Series consoles, other AES50-compatible equipment and additional stage boxes. The AES50 connection carries multichannel audio, clock synchronisation and control data.

The ULTRANET output provides 16 digital audio channels for compatible personal monitoring systems and Turbosound iQ Series loudspeakers. Two optical ADAT outputs, two AES/EBU outputs and MIDI input and output provide additional system integration options. A front-panel MUTE ALL button temporarily mutes all inputs for safe cable connection and disconnection.
