Marantz CINEMA 60 DAB SERIES 2 is a 7.2-channel home cinema AV receiver with DAB/DAB+ radio, Dolby Atmos, DTS:X, 8K HDMI and HEOS for movies, music and gaming.

Seven discrete amplification channels deliver 100 W per channel into 8 Ω and support 7.2-channel or height-enabled home cinema systems. The 7.2-channel pre-amplifier outputs also allow external power amplifiers to be connected.

An upgraded 32-bit, 8-channel digital-to-analogue converter processes high-resolution signals across every channel simultaneously. HDAM-SA2 modules, current-feedback circuitry and carefully selected components are designed to reproduce dynamic changes and sound-source positioning accurately. The receiver is tuned by Marantz Sound Masters according to the manufacturer’s established performance criteria.

Supported formats include Dolby TrueHD, Dolby Atmos, Dolby Atmos Height Virtualization, Dolby Atmos Music, DTS-HD, DTS:X, DTS Neural:X and DTS Virtual:X. Audyssey MultEQ XT automatically adjusts the speaker system to suit the room, while Dirac Live upgrade capability provides an additional room correction option.

Six HDMI inputs and two HDMI outputs accommodate televisions, projectors, game consoles and other video sources. Three HDMI inputs and both outputs support signals up to 8K/60 Hz or 4K/120 Hz with bandwidth up to 40 Gbps. The receiver also supports eARC, HDR10+, Dolby Vision, Dynamic HDR, VRR, QFT, ALLM and AMD FreeSync.

Integrated DAB/DAB+ and FM with RDS tuners provide access to digital and analogue radio stations. Powered by HEOS supports music streaming and multi-room audio, while AirPlay 2, Spotify Connect, TIDAL Connect, Qobuz Connect, Roon Ready, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and Ethernet provide additional playback options. A dedicated MM phono input allows a compatible turntable to be connected directly.
