The Lab Gruppen CA602 is a two-channel Class D power amplifier delivering 60 W per channel.

The channels operate independently, allowing one unit to power two separate audio zones. Each channel can be configured for 4 Ω, 8 Ω, 70 V or 100 V operation. A selectable 80 Hz high-pass filter reduces excessive low-frequency loading and helps protect transformer-coupled 70/100 V loudspeakers.

Each channel has separate volume, bass and treble controls. Two balanced Euroblock inputs accept professional audio sources, while two RCA pairs accept unbalanced stereo sources and sum them to mono. A four-pin Euroblock output carries both loudspeaker lines, and two RJ45 connections allow separate remote volume control for each zone.

After 20 minutes without an input signal, the CA602 enters standby and resumes operation when a signal returns. Fanless convection cooling suits quiet environments. The half-rack-width 1U enclosure can sit on a surface or be installed in a rack, on a wall or underneath a shelf.
