KRK V4S4 Active Studio Monitor

The KRK V4S4 is an active nearfield studio monitor designed for recording, music production, mixing, and mastering.

Its two-way design combines a 4-inch woofer with a woven Kevlar® cone and a 1-inch tweeter with a Kevlar® dome. Using Kevlar® for both drivers helps provide consistent midrange reproduction, controlled low frequencies, and detailed high-frequency response.

The integrated digital signal processor provides 49 selectable EQ combinations. Low-, mid-, and high-frequency adjustments allow the monitor’s response to be adapted to room acoustics, desktop placement, and individual monitoring requirements.

Dedicated Class D amplifiers for the low- and high-frequency drivers deliver 85 W of total power and a maximum SPL of 110 dB. The front-firing bass reflex port allows more flexible placement, while the aluminium front baffle and EVA foam base help stabilise the enclosure and reduce vibration transfer to the supporting surface.

A Neutrik XLR and 1/4-inch TRS combo input accepts balanced analogue audio signals. The rear panel also provides controls for input-level attenuation, input sensitivity, ground lift, standby mode, and the front logo LED.
