The KRK ROKIT 7 Generation Five active studio monitor is designed for music production, recording, mixing, mastering, and critical listening in studio environments.

Integrated digital signal processing provides three distinct voicing modes. Mix mode delivers a flat frequency and phase response for mixing, mastering, and critical listening. Create mode is intended for writing, producing, and casual listening, while the midrange-focused Focus mode helps analyse the frequency range where vocals and many instruments contain most of their energy.

The monitor offers 25 boundary and tuning EQ combinations to help adapt its response to the room and monitor placement. Settings are controlled using the rear-panel display and rotary control. The free KRK Audio Tools app provides a real-time room analyser and EQ recommendation tool to assist with monitor setup.

The two-way bass reflex system features a 7-inch low-frequency driver with a woven Kevlar® aramid-fibre cone and a 1-inch silk-dome high-frequency driver. A front-firing bass reflex port and low-diffraction baffle design support low-frequency performance, reduced distortion, and improved stereo imaging.

Separate Class D amplifiers provide 97 W for the low-frequency driver and 48 W for the high-frequency driver. Total rated power is 145 W, total dynamic power reaches 234 W, and the maximum SPL is 110 dB. A balanced XLR / 1/4-inch TRS combination input accommodates audio interfaces, mixing consoles, and monitor controllers.
