DPA KIT-4099-DP-4R CORE+ Microphone Kit

The DPA KIT-4099-DP-4R is a four-microphone instrument kit supplied in a protective Peli case.

It uses 4099 CORE+ Extreme SPL microphones for drums, brass and other instruments that produce high sound pressure levels. The supercardioid polar pattern provides focused pickup and useful separation from nearby sources on stage, while the microphone's controlled off-axis response helps retain a natural instrumental tone.

CORE+ technology reduces distortion across the microphone's operating range. An improved shock-mount and microphone-body design limits structure-borne vibration, while the compact capsule and flexible 140 mm gooseneck make accurate positioning possible without obstructing the performer or instrument.

MicroLock connectors secure the detachable cables. The included 2.2 mm extension cables are intended for demanding stage use, and the DAD9001 adapters connect the microphones to 3-pin XLR inputs with phantom power. A selection of drum, saxophone, trumpet, universal and clamp mounts covers the main Rock Touring Kit applications. The complete system travels in a robust Peli case.
