K&M 25950 Microphone Stand "Rien"
König & Meyer 25950 Microphone Stand "Rien" is an exceptionally low and stable microphone stand, specifically designed for miking bass drums, guitar amplifiers, or other low-lying instruments. This model stands out with its heavy round cast-iron base, which ensures maximum stability and prevents tipping, even when using heavier microphones.
An integrated rubber insert in the base acts as an anti-vibration system, filtering out footfall noise and floor vibrations, which is critically important during recording. The stand is extremely compact yet functional: the telescopic boom arm extends from 425 to 725 mm, allowing precise microphone positioning even in hard-to-reach places (for example, by inserting it inside a drum). A convenient and sturdy wing nut is used to secure the boom arm.
