The Hardcase HN16FT is a rigid black case for a 16-inch floor tom.

It is designed for 16-inch floor toms with shell depths from 14 to 16 inches. The rigid plastic body protects the drum during transport and storage, while internal foam pads help support the instrument inside the case.

The adjustable depth accommodates different floor tom proportions within the specified range. Webbing straps, clips and belt ends secure the case, while the carry handle provides a dedicated grip for moving the instrument. An identification badge helps distinguish the packed drum from other equipment.

The moulded shape incorporates a stacking feature for placing several Hardcase cases together. For floor toms fitted with cradle mounts, the manufacturer recommends the HN18B. A 16 x 18-inch floor tom also requires the deeper HN16B model.
