Free Color SM05 1200W DMX Fog Machine
One DMX channel triggers the fog effect from a lighting console. This SM05 version has separate DMX input and output connections and DIP switches for address selection.
The integrated tank holds 2.5 L of fog fluid. Stated output is 500 m³ per minute, with an output distance of 4–5 m.
Initial warm-up takes approximately five minutes. Allow for this period before the first effect cue when preparing for an event. Power consumption is 1200 W.
Alongside DMX512 operation, the machine supports wired and wireless remote control. A separate receiver accepts the wireless handset’s signal, and a 3-pin XLR connector is provided for the control module.
The DMX input and output use 3-pin XLR connectors. A power cable connects to the IEC C14 inlet. The 470 × 250 × 200 mm housing and 4.5 kg weight help when planning positioning and transport.
