The Flight TUS35E BK is an electro-acoustic travel soprano ukulele with a passive pickup. It can be played acoustically or connected to an amplifier or sound system where the signal can be processed and amplified.

Its laminate linden top is paired with an arched ABS back and sides. ABS is also used for the neck, fingerboard, bridge, nut and saddle, making the construction less sensitive to the humidity and temperature changes encountered during travel than an all-wood instrument.

The soprano body has a 355 mm scale length and 15 frets. A 35.6 mm neck width at the nut, zero fret, open geared tuners and side position markers complete the compact playing layout.

The black finish is combined with Aquila Nylgut strings and an integrated strap button. A Flight gig bag is included for carrying the ukulele to lessons, rehearsals, trips or small performances.
