Description
FBT X-SUB 118SA Active Subwoofer
The FBT X-SUB 118SA is an active 18-inch bass-reflex subwoofer.
A Class D amplifier rated at 1200 W MAX drives its 18-inch woofer with a 3-inch voice coil. FBT specifies a 38–120 Hz frequency response (-6 dB) and 136 dB maximum SPL in half-space.
Four DSP presets combine two response curves with two low-pass settings. The rear panel offers level and preset controls, 0°/180° phase reversal and separate high-pass-filtered XLR outputs for the main loudspeakers.
The 18 mm birch plywood cabinet has two aluminium handles and an M20 pole socket. Mounting points accept optional 100 mm wheels. FBT positions this subwoofer for use with X-LITE and X-PRO loudspeakers.
