Description
FBT SUBLINE 118SA Active Subwoofer
The FBT SUBLINE 118SA is an active 18-inch bass-reflex subwoofer.
Its 1200 W RMS Class D amplifier drives a low-frequency woofer with a 3-inch voice coil. The response extends from 33 to 100 Hz (-6 dB), with a specified peak SPL of 137 dB measured in half-space.
The onboard DSP offers 6 presets. Delay and phase reversal controls help align the subwoofer with the other loudspeakers in a sound system.
Stereo XLR inputs accept the source signal, and XLR link outputs pass it onward. The birch plywood cabinet has two aluminium handles and a top-mounted M20 pole socket.
Main Features
- The 18-inch woofer with a 3-inch voice coil reproduces the model's low-frequency range.
- The built-in 1200 W RMS Class D amplifier removes the need for a separate power amplifier.
- 6 DSP presets provide selectable starting points for system setup.
- 6-step delay helps align the subwoofer with the main loudspeakers.
- A cardioid DSP setting supports multi-subwoofer configurations.
- A phase reversal switch provides 0° and 180° positions for system alignment.
- Stereo XLR inputs and link outputs connect the subwoofer to the rest of the system.
- The top-mounted M20 socket accepts a suitable pole for a satellite loudspeaker.
- Two aluminium handles assist with moving the birch plywood cabinet.
