FBT VERTUS CLA 406.2A Active Loudspeaker
FBT VERTUS CLA 406.2A is an active two-way line-array loudspeaker with four 6.5-inch low-frequency drivers and one 1.4-inch high-frequency driver.
Separate 600 W and 300 W RMS Class D amplifiers drive the low and high bands. Eight DSP presets and an FBT waveguide shape 100° horizontal and 25° vertical coverage.
The 12 mm birch-plywood cabinet includes mounting points. Multiple CLA 406.2A or CLA 206A modules can be assembled vertically with the rigging hardware specified by FBT.
The rear panel provides XLR input and link, level, DSP preset and high-pass filter controls. FBT supports flown and ground-based configurations for different venues.
Main Features
- Four 6.5-inch woofers distribute low and mid-frequency reproduction along the vertical cabinet.
- The 1.4-inch high-frequency driver with a 2.5-inch coil works with FBT’s waveguide.
- Built-in 600/300 W RMS amplification removes the need for an external power amplifier.
- Eight DSP presets let the operator select settings for different array configurations.
- The 100° × 25° dispersion describes a single module; vertical coverage depends on the arrangement of coupled modules.
- Integrated mounting points support vertical coupling, suspension and separately selected hardware.
- XLR input and link allow the signal to reach the next module in the system.
- A scratch-resistant finish and side handles aid handling between venues.
