FBT VERTUS CLA 406.2 is a passive two-way line-array loudspeaker with 4 × 6.5-inch woofers and a 1.4-inch high-frequency driver.

FBT recommends an external 800 W RMS amplifier into 8 Ω. The loudspeaker's long-term power rating is 400 W; the 800 W figure describes the recommended amplifier, not built-in electronics.

Operation requires a processed amplifier with an authorised FBT DSP preset or an external DSP processor using that preset. The rear panel has Speakon input and link connectors.

The birch-plywood cabinet has handles and mounting points. FBT documents use as a main module with CLA 206 and CLA 118S; rigging hardware is selected separately for the installation.
