Description
FBT CANTO 8C Passive Speaker
FBT CANTO 8C is a 2-way passive loudspeaker with a coaxial driver arrangement.
The polypropylene cabinet is designed for fixed sound installations. Black and white finishes are available to suit the room interior.
An external power amplifier is required. The 4-pin Euroblock connector provides an IN input and LINK terminals for a parallel connection to another speaker. Match the system load to the amplifier capabilities.
Recommended external high-pass filter: 50 Hz at 24 dB/oct. FBT recommends an FBT DSP Processor for signal processing.
Main Features
- The 8 Ω nominal impedance helps determine a suitable external amplifier and speaker wiring arrangement.
- An internal 2 kHz passive crossover divides the signal between the low- and high-frequency drivers.
- 80° conical dispersion covers a broad listening area. The coaxial arrangement places both drivers on the same axis.
- The optional WM-68 wall bracket allows horizontal and vertical adjustment of the speaker position.
