Description
ELECTRO-HARMONIX Nano Pulsar Stereo Tremolo Pedal
Electro-Harmonix Nano Pulsar is a legendary tremolo and panning effect pedal, housed in a compact, pedalboard-friendly enclosure. Unlike most standard tremolo pedals, the Nano Pulsar offers the ability to not only choose between Triangle and Square waveforms but also smoothly change their shape using the Shape knob. This allows for everything from classic vintage undulations to sharp, chopped rhythms or even Sawtooth wave effects.
One of the most useful features is the Volume control, which allows you to compensate for the volume drop often experienced when using tremolo effects, or even boost the signal slightly. When using the pedal in stereo mode (connecting both outputs), it functions as a panner, creating a spacious sound that moves between the left and right channels.
Main Features
- Stereo Panning: When both outputs are connected, the effect moves between channels, creating a spatial ping-pong sensation.
-
Variable Shape: The Shape knob allows you to change the waveform:
- In Triangle mode: From rising to falling Sawtooth.
- In Square mode: Changes the Pulse Width – from narrow to wide.
- Volume Control: The Vol knob allows you to adjust the output level and avoid a volume drop when the effect is engaged.
- Depth Functionality: Turning the Depth knob beyond 1 o'clock makes the modulation asymmetrical, creating unique rhythmic effects.
- Compactness: Robust and small "Nano" series enclosure.
