DPA 4099-DP-1-201-C CORE+ is a premium condenser microphone, released in 2025, specifically designed for professional cello amplification. The new CORE+ technology ensures even greater sonic clarity and a wider dynamic range of up to 118 dB, allowing it to capture everything from the subtlest bow touch to an energetic fortissimo without any distortion.

The included VC4099 (C-CLIP) mount is designed for secure and stable attachment to the cello strings under the bridge, ensuring ideal microphone positioning and complete protection of the instrument's body. The microphone features a supercardioid polar pattern, which maximally isolates the instrument from other stage sounds and provides high resistance to acoustic feedback. The new MicroLock connector and IP58 certification guarantee that the equipment will operate reliably even under the most challenging conditions.
