The included MS4099 mount transforms the 4099 microphone into a versatile tool that can be used with any standard microphone stand. This is an ideal solution when the microphone needs to be used detached from the instrument itself, for example, when recording percussion, strings, or wind instruments in the studio. The microphone features a supercardioid polar pattern, which maximally isolates the main sound source from ambient noise. The new MicroLock connector system and IP58 certification guarantee reliable performance even in the most challenging conditions.
