Description
DPA 2028-B-B01 Vocal Microphone
The DPA 2028-B-B01 is a premium wired vocal condenser microphone, designed to deliver DPA's legendary, transparent, and natural sound for live performances. This model allows the vocalist to sound authentic, as if singing without a microphone, requiring minimal equalization (EQ) from the sound engineer. The 2028 series is built to withstand intensive stage use while maintaining studio-quality sound.
The microphone features a supercardioid polar pattern, ensuring exceptional gain-before-feedback and effectively reducing unwanted stage bleed. A three-stage protection system (metal grille, foam, and internal mesh) effectively suppresses plosives and wind noise. The B01 version has a wired handle with a standard XLR connector, making it ready to connect directly to any mixing console.
