Denon DP-400 is a belt-drive turntable with an S-shaped tonearm and a supplied MM cartridge. Playback is started manually; selectable automatic operation lifts the tonearm and stops the platter at the end of the record.

A rotation sensor helps maintain the selected speed. Counterweight and anti-skating are adjusted for the cartridge, which fits a removable headshell.

A switchable built-in phono equalizer allows connection to a line-level input. Switch it off for a phono MM input. The removable dust cover can display a record sleeve on its supplied stand.

Detachable RCA and grounding connections let you fit the audio cable separately during system setup. An external power adapter is supplied.

Who Is It For
