The BEHRINGER XENYX QX1204USB is a compact 12-input, 2/2-bus analog mixer for live sound, rehearsals, small venues, and stereo recording to a computer.

Four mono channels combine XENYX microphone preamps, balanced XLR and 1/4-inch TRS line inputs, +48 V phantom power, 3-band EQ, and one-knob compressors. Two stereo channels accept line-level signals through pairs of balanced 1/4-inch TRS connectors.

The 24-bit KLARK TEKNIK effects processor offers 32 presets, an LCD display, two editable parameters, tap tempo, and storage for user parameter settings. Two Aux sends and two stereo Aux returns support monitor and effects routing.

Mute / Alt 3-4 routing sends selected channels to a separate stereo bus, while Solo allows a channel to be checked without changing the main mix. Separate main-mix and Alt 3-4 faders provide direct control of both stereo buses.

The bidirectional USB audio interface operates at 16-bit / 48 kHz and transfers stereo audio between the console and a PC or Mac. Main XLR, control-room, headphone, and 2-Track RCA outputs allow sound-reinforcement, monitoring, and recording equipment to remain connected simultaneously.
