The Audio-Technica ATW-3211 (Band DE2) is a professional 3000 Series (4th Generation) UHF wireless system with a body-pack transmitter, operating in the wide 470.125 – 529.975 MHz frequency range. The set includes an ATW-R3210 receiver and an ATW-T3201 body-pack transmitter. The system is designed for the highest level of performances, events, and installations where flexibility and reliability are required in a crowded RF environment.

The system features an exceptionally wide 60 MHz tuning range, allowing selection from over 2000 frequencies. A unique transmitter function is a multi-function button that can be programmed for quick switching to a Backup Frequency if interference occurs on the primary channel. The body-pack transmitter has a new type of cH-style screw-down connector, ensuring a more reliable contact than previous versions.

The "Auto Squelch" function automatically adjusts the noise suppression level, while the "Scan and Sync" function allows for quick finding of a free channel and synchronization of the transmitter with the receiver via IR communication.
