DPA 4097-DC-G-B00-010 is a compact condenser shotgun microphone with a flexible gooseneck.

A supercardioid capsule and interference design focus on speech from a selected direction. Sound from the sides is attenuated, making the microphone useful in confined positions.

The 10 cm gooseneck aims the microphone head, while a built-in shock mount reduces vibration transmitted through the support. DPA designed this model for ENG/EFP work and discreet placement on film sets.

This model terminates in MicroDot. Connection to a specific wired or wireless system requires a suitable DPA adapter. DPA specifies IP58 protection against dust and moisture but does not recommend immersing the microphone in liquid.
