Pioneer DJ DDJ-REV1 DJ Controller

Pioneer DJ DDJ-REV1 DJ Controller

Pioneer DJ DDJ-REV1 is a 2-channel DJ controller.

The two-channel mixer controls 4 software decks in Serato. Its battle-style layout places 60 mm tempo sliders horizontally alongside 154 mm jog wheels for scratch performance.

Lever FX engages effects momentarily or latches them on. Tracking Scratch silently returns to the Cue point when the jog changes from backward to forward motion, or when you lift your hand. A pad selects the Scratch Crossfader Cuts pattern for the crossfader.

Microphone audio is mixed with the master signal and sent over USB to Serato DJ Lite. Streaming needs no separate audio interface, and no additional audio driver is required.

Main Features

• Scratch Bank quickly loads samples from 4 prepared banks in Serato DJ Lite or Pro.
• Pad modes include Hot Cue, Auto Loop, Tracking Scratch and Sampler. Channels provide 3-band EQ and a filter.
• Serato DJ Lite is free to use. Continuing with Serato DJ Pro after a trial requires a separate paid license or subscription.
• Connect USB-B directly to the computer without a USB hub. Use headphones with an impedance of 32 Ω or higher.
• Manual Loop sets the start and end of a repeating section, with controls to halve or double its length when preparing a transition.
• Serato DJ Lite stores 4 Hot Cues per track; Serato DJ Pro supports up to 8. In Serato DJ Lite, Censor temporarily reverses playback while pad 8 is held, then resumes normal playback on release.
• In Vinyl mode, the jog top scratches the track while its outer edge temporarily bends pitch to align tracks. With Vinyl mode off, the top also adjusts pitch instead of scratching.
