AlphaTheta DDJ-GRV6 is a 4-channel DJ controller.

The 206 mm jog wheels match the CDJ-3000X size. Each deck has 8 pads above the jog wheel, with Beat FX controls based on the DJM-A9 layout.

Groove Circuit works with rekordbox for Mac/Windows to replace drums and reshape rhythms. On mobile rekordbox, these controls operate the Sampler instead.

With Serato DJ Pro, Stems FX applies Roll, Trans, Echo Out and Delay independently to drums, bass, vocals or melody. Supplied overlays relabel the controls for Serato use.

Main Features

• Drum Swap replaces a playing track’s drums. A free download provides 40 drum loops; Drum Roll and Trans create fills, while Drum Release applies Release FX.
• Capture extracts drums for reuse. In rekordbox 7, Smart Rotary Selector rotates, presses and tilts in four directions; Discover opens Track Suggestion on a computer.
• rekordbox pad modes are Hot Cue, Stems, Beat Jump, Sampler, Keyboard, Pad FX, Beat Loop and Key Shift. Serato replaces Keyboard and Beat Loop with Pitch Play and Auto Loop. There are 8 Hot Cues, Key Sync and Beat Sync.
• Sampler capacity: rekordbox 16 slots × 4 banks; Serato 8 slots × 4 banks.
• Supports rekordbox and Serato DJ Pro. djay on a computer or iOS requires a paid subscription. iOS/Android use only channels 1 and 2; Bluetooth is unsupported. iOS speaker playback works with rekordbox over USB-C, but is unavailable on Android.
• The audio interface needs no additional driver. MASTER 1 is a balanced TRS output; use MASTER 2 for an RCA system.
• The setup image illustrates connection to a computer and powered speakers. The computer, phone and speakers are not included.
