Description
SAMSON CM12CW Hanging Choir Microphone (White)
The Samson CM12CW is a compact condenser microphone specifically designed for hanging above choirs, orchestras, or theater stages. Its miniature size and white color make it highly discreet and visually unobtrusive during a performance. The microphone comes with a special steel hanging positioning bracket, which allows for precise aiming of the condenser element at the sound source and secures it in a stable position.
The microphone features a cardioid polar pattern, which ensures excellent pickup of performers' sound from the front while suppressing unwanted sounds from the rear and sides. This helps to avoid feedback issues. Included with the microphone is a long 9-meter cable and a special PM5 power module, which adapts the miniature connector to a standard XLR and allows the microphone to operate using phantom power.
